DaVinci is operated by Darvion Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). This policy
explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using DaVinci you agree to
the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account identity. When you sign in with Google we receive your Google
account identifier, email address, and display name.
- Google service access. With your consent we request access to send email
on your behalf (Gmail), read and create calendar events (Google Calendar), and read your Google
Drive documents (read-only) so DaVinci can find what you've written.
- Plans, notes, and memory. Goals and plans you create, and short text notes
DaVinci derives from your conversations to personalize future sessions.
- Voice and camera. When you use a live session, your microphone audio and —
if you turn on the camera — camera frames are streamed to our processing provider in real time.
- Documents you sync. If you sync your Drive, the text of indexable documents
is processed into searchable embeddings stored with your account.
How your data is processed
DaVinci uses Google's AI (the Gemini API) to reason about your requests, so your voice,
messages, and camera frames are processed in the cloud. Live audio and video are streamed for the
moment and are not stored by us; only short text notes, your plans, conversation history, and
document embeddings are retained, tied to your account.
How we use it
- To provide the assistant's features: answering, planning, guiding, and acting on your behalf.
- To perform actions you approve — DaVinci always asks before sending an email or changing your calendar.
- To remember stable preferences and facts so future sessions are more useful.
How we store and protect it
Stored data is held in Google Cloud (Firestore) and is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access
is limited to operating the service.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your Google user data for advertising.
