These Terms govern your use of DaVinci, operated by Darvion Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use DaVinci.

The service

DaVinci is an AI assistant that you talk to, that can see through your camera when enabled, plan tasks, and — with your permission — act on connected Google services on your behalf.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use DaVinci for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
You're responsible for the content you submit and the actions you approve.

Actions on your behalf

DaVinci requests confirmation before sending email or modifying your calendar. You are responsible for reviewing and approving these actions; we are not liable for actions you confirm.

AI-generated content

DaVinci uses AI and may produce inaccurate or incomplete information. It is not a substitute for professional advice. Verify important information before relying on it.

Third-party services

DaVinci relies on Google services and APIs, which are subject to their own terms. Your use of connected services remains governed by Google's terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using DaVinci at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
